Returns and Refunds Policy

General Policy
Due to health and safety regulations and the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee bags unless the product is defective, expired, or the wrong item was sent.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:
- It is Sealed: The product is in its original, unopened packaging with the safety seal intact.
- It is Damaged: The bag arrived torn, unsealed, or the beans were exposed.
- Wrong Item: We sent you the wrong item.
- Equipment/Merchandise: Non-coffee items (Mugs, Grinders) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Check at the Door Policy
We encourage you to inspect the external condition of your package while the courier is present.
- If the box is wet, crushed, or open, please refuse receipt and hand it back to the courier. We will send a replacement immediately.
Note: Couriers usually do not allow opening the product bag itself before payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
- For Damaged/Wrong Items: We will arrange a courier to pick up the bad item and deliver the new one at no extra cost to you.
- For Change of Mind (Sealed items): You will be responsible for the return shipping fee (usually 50-70 EGP depending on location). Once we receive the item, we will refund the product cost.
How You Get Your Money Back
- Credit/Debit Card: The amount will be refunded to your card (takes 5-14 business days depending on your bank).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since couriers cannot refund cash, we will refund you via:InstaPay (Instant)Vodafone Cash / e& Cash
