1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Egyptian laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or visiting under the supervision of a parent/guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Account and Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information (name, mobile number, and address) to ensure successful delivery.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.
4. Products and Pricing
- Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, coffee taste is subjective. Descriptions of flavors and notes are for guidance only and are not a guaranteed technical specification.
- Pricing: All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed and confirmed will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Order Confirmation:
- Placing an order does not mean it is accepted. You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email/message once we validate your details and stock.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including the following:
- Product out of stock.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Pricing errors on the website.
- Unreachable contact number for delivery.
6. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable to the courier upon receipt.

For COD orders: Refusing a shipment without a valid reason may result in your account being blacklisted from future COD orders.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to all major cities in Egypt.
- Timelines: Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days. Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure are outside our control.
- Inspection: You have the right to inspect the external packaging only while the courier is present. Couriers do not allow opening the sealed coffee bag before payment.
8. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Goods Exception: According to Egyptian law, food products (including coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged if opened, unless they are expired or unfit for human consumption.
- 14-Day Return Policy: You may return sealed, unopened products or nonfood items (mugs, equipment) within 14 days of receipt.
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged bag or the wrong order, we will replace it free of charge.
