Special Turkish coffee with mixed spices

• In a small pot, add two spoons of coffee to lukewarm water.
• Add sugar to taste and stir well until dissolved.
• Place the pot over low heat.
• When the coffee starts to rise, just before it boils, pour it into a cup.

Enjoy it with a piece of dark chocolate or a light biscuit to complement the rich coffee flavor.
