Special Turkish coffee, medium, plain

• In a small cezve, add two spoonfuls of coffee to lukewarm water.
• Add sugar to taste and stir well until dissolved.
• Place the cezve over low heat.
• When the coffee starts to rise and just before it boils, pour it into the cup.

Enjoy it with a piece of dark chocolate or a light biscuit to complement the rich coffee flavor.
